Welcome to familycarrental.com.my. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or booking through our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Booking & Rental Process

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
• You must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license to rent a vehicle.
• Rental charges must be paid in full before vehicle delivery or collection.
• Late returns without prior notice may incur additional charges.

2. Identification & Documents

Upon delivery, renters must provide:

• A valid driver’s license (local or international)
• Identification document (IC/passport)
• Booking confirmation (email/receipt)

3. Vehicle Use

• Vehicles must not be used for illegal purposes or off-road driving.
• Renters are responsible for any damage, loss, or traffic violations during the rental period.
• Smoking and transporting illegal substances in the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Free cancellations up to 24 hours before rental time.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Liability

• familycarrental.com.my is not liable for delays or disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic).
• We are not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

6. Insurance

Basic insurance coverage is included. Additional coverage may be available upon request. Renters are responsible for any excess charges or exclusions not covered by the policy.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions as needed. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
